Botulinum Toxin Urethral Sphincter Injection to Restore Bladder Emptying in a Woman With Multiple Sclerosis

We expand the clinical utility of botulinum toxin in the external urethral sphincter in a 31-year-old woman with multiple sclerosis and significant neurogenic bladder. Encouraging improvement without complications has been seen during more than two years' follow-up. (Int J MS Care. 2002; 4:70–72)
